Our staff wages are significantly higher than average, to reflect an educator’s critical contribution to society.
We are expanding rapidly to address the shortage of 4,500 needed childcare spaces across the state.
High school students earn college credit alongside their high school diploma.
With our apprenticeship program, we address the current early childhood staffing shortage by cultivating highly-qualified, future caregivers.
