Before School
Mornings at The Good School are an opportunity for connection and emotional regulation, teaching skills for starting the day off right: Yoga and meditation, breath work and journaling, 1 on 1 time, and a healthy breakfast before getting on the bus.
After School
Each afternoon begins with a period of low stimulation and a nutritious snack, helping children unwind and stabilize from the demands of their day.
Every week will have a different life skills focus such as baking, teamwork, productive hobbies, budgeting, and time management (all at an age appropriate level). Children will participate in wholesome, grounded activities and opportunities for real responsibility in a mixed-age, family style environment.
